Our favourite restaurant since forever... restaurant Angke. its an old restaurant... think been there for like 30+ years at least.. every time we visit restaurants, we will always compare them to this one.. and so far few can beat this one.. its not a luxurious restaurant but customers always come out of this place satisfied..

the price is more expensive than usual restaurant but worth it.. the good thing bout this restaurant is you dont have to say what size dish you want.. small, medium, large.. they count how many ppl came and they always have the right size for you.. rice is free flow.. and they serve fast, all the dish comes out one after another..

They have just another branch some place else but not nice.. so.. better go to the original one..

Its lunch time and its packed.. every day's dinner is full house... tts y we go for lunch instead to avoid the crowd..

This is hm.. the hainan chicken thats usually available in spore.. supposedly.. but of course it has its distinct taste.. they put lots of fried garlic on top and oil.. looks oily but very fragrant.. the garlic dont taste like garlic.. dont have the pungent smell anymore.. its my fav dish there..


This is what we having .. it looks more messy than it really is.. haha.. we ordered chicken, sweet sour fish, the crab thing (looks like ball there) prawn fried kai lan and tofu.. i think tts all... each person is bout $17.. mayb sounds ok but its considered expensive here liao..
